A. Tree Pillow products are made from organic and biodegradable materials, including jute burlap cloth, cotton thread and hemp twine and may be left in place or added to your organic garden soil or compost bin.

Q: What are the benefits of using the Tree Pillow?

A. Tree Pillows help retain moisture, reduce weeds and offer an easy and quick way to apply compost dressings or start vegetable or flower gardens.

Q: How often will I need to replace it?

A. Tree Pillows are intended for use within seasonal gardens and annual replacement can be expected.

Q: How tall can I stack them to make a raised bed?

A. We recommend limiting stacking Planter Pillows to three (3) high for raised bed applications.

Q: What is the purpose of the loops that are attached to sleeve?

A. Row Pillows and Planter Pillows are provided with durable jute strap loops that may be used with a garden shovel or broom for lifting and placing the filled pillows. Other uses include using with wood stakes to secure raised bed walls and securing irrigation tubing.

Q: What is the difference between the Tree Pillow and the Veggie Pillow?

A. The larger diameter of the Tree Pillow makes it ideal for trees and other larger plants and the smaller Veggie Pillow works well with vegetables and flowers. Regardless of the size, choose the one that best fits your application.
